Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox; simply print it out and securely seal your items in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking number is scanned for your records.
Receive Your Refund
After our studio receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear back on your original payment method.
